Connoisseurs of all things merchandise. We love merch, we love the excitement of limited goods, we love bands. Merch Hub is a fusion of those ideas. One of a kind, get it while it's good and fresh and then it's gone forever type of stuff. We dig it, and know you will too.

How long after I order do I get the goods?
A relevant question. These are made specific to the number of orders that come in, to maintain that each piece is limited to the those of you that had the foresight and merch savvy to purchase these items in the allotted time. Production starts immediately after preorders end. Manufacturing time varies based on the particular item type, but rest assured: We will send them to you as soon as we have them finished and in hands! All orders ship from our Long Beach warehouse straight to you. Of course if you have any questions about an order, don't hesitate to reach out to us at orders@merch-hub.co and we'd be happy to help you out in any way possible.
Shipping times vary. Once goods are produced, customers in the continental US can expect things to arrive within 3-5 business days. International orders could take up to 3-4 weeks depending on your country's customs policies and procedures.
Please Note: While we do what we can to limit any tariffs, taxes, or additional fees, we cannot accept responsibility for any additional charges you may incur from your immigration offices. Thank you!
Do you guys accept returns/exchanges?
Due to the limited nature of the goods we're producing, we do not accept returns or exchanges as we do not carry extra stock of any items. HOWEVER, if you have accidentally ordered the wrong size and need to switch that before the preorder ends and we send out goods, we will happily make that adjustment. Again, orders@merch-hub.co would be the email to hit for things of that nature.
